    cheryl photo 2 225x300 Corporate Office StaffCheryl Oliver joined our team in January 2011, as Saen’s personal assistant. Her responsibilities range from tracking Saen’s own tax lien investments to meeting planning and corporate relations.  She also works on the company’s social networking and search engine optimization efforts.  Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of South Dakota and an MSW from California State University at Sacramento.  She is a registered lobbyist with more than a decade of experience working with local, statewide and national governments.  Cheryl has earned national recognition as a Certified Master Facilitator for her efforts in consensus building projects and corporate strategy sessions and holds a CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) certificate.

    Prior to joining USTLA, Cheryl served as the CEO of the California Association for Nurse Practitioners.  A certified river guide and avid kayaker, she lives in Sacramento with her husband and their 5 children.

    vickie photo Corporate Office StaffVickie Allen joined the USTLA team in 2010 and currently serves as our Project Coordinator.  Vickie joined us with a strong background in business administration and project development.  For the 17 years prior to joining us, Vickie owned her own retail shop in Sacramento.  As the sole proprietor, Vickie acted as manager, buyer and creative director of her business, building it from a start-up to a successful corporation.  She served for many years on the board of directors for the Old Sacramento Business Association and other various business committees.

    Specializing in customer service, training, management and administration, Vickie has taken an active role in developing our organization’s website and social media efforts.  She lives in Citrus Heights and enjoys volunteering for various activities at her Church, wine tasting and gardening.

    Kathleenphotoforbio1 Corporate Office StaffKathleen Napolitano joined the team in 2010 as our bookkeeper.  She is an Enrolled Agent with degrees in  accounting and business administration. Before coming to USTLA she served as CFO for a software startup company,  and was the founder and CEO of Arrow Business Solutions, providing investment, tax, accounting and business consulting services to hundreds of small businesses.

    Kathleen has 3 grown daughters and enjoys spending time with her family.
